Dr. Phillips is Department Chair, Professor, and holds the Thomas H. Daigre Endowed Chair. His academic research includes The Accounting Review, Behavioral Research in Accounting, Accounting, Organizations & Society, and others, as well as professional journals such as the Journal of Accountancy and The CPA Journal. Phillips is a past President of the LCPA (state) and has served on the AICPA Council.
