The AV Conference room support team provides consultation, installation, and support of conference room devices for the LSU community. The conference room devices are hand-picked and tested to be seamless and hassle-free. Our goal is to provide a conference room experience where all your audio and visual equipment works together harmoniously, creating an environment that enhances collaboration and communication. Our team’s support services are tailored to departmental needs, ensuring that you receive a level of support that aligns perfectly with your department’s requirements. Services we aim to provide are:
- All scheduling and installation of conference room devices and services
- Provide rapid response for conference room support and troubleshooting
- Survey room size and use to ensure the best device and setup recommendations
- Demonstration of conference room technology to teach and ensure customer satisfaction
- Research and test emerging technology to ensure we provide the best recommendations to customers
How to get support:
Classroom support is offered Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Conference room support is offered Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
