About Management
Management will help you explore the many facets of organizational behavior, industrial and labor relations, as well as an appreciation and understanding of global management practices, among others. Management majors will select from three available concentrations to focus their studies — human resource management, international management, or strategic leadership.
Concentrations Available
- Human Resource Management - Human Resource Management offers advanced HR-focused classes covering employee selection and placement, compensation administration, HR analytics, and legal issues in HR.
- International Management - International Management builds the knowledge and skills needed to understand the complexity of global management and the cultural context of business.
- Strategic Leadership - Strategic Leadership provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the role of management and leadership in today’s business environment. It focuses on topics like decision-making, the leadership role of the chief executive officer, and dealing with management successes and failures.
