Overview
The documents on this page are the official versions of the LSU Standard Insurance Terms, when the University's standard insurance requirements for purchase orders, contracts, and agreements are incorporated by reference.
To find the correct document, look for the title cited in your purchase order, contract, or agreement. The version in effect on the date the purchase order was issued or the contract or agreement was executed is the version that applies. Each document below is identified by its effective date. The current version stays in effect until superseded, and superseded versions remain posted and continue to apply to purchase orders, contracts, and agreements from their effective period.

Purchase Orders
Applies to University purchase orders issued through LSU Procurement Services.
