Meet four LSU students in computer science, specializing in cybersecurity and AI, who are working with national laboratories to help secure the nation.

Anthropology and Art History student, Ashleigh Coleman, is spending her summer as a museum intern at the historic Villa Philmonté on Philmont Scout Ranch. As a rising senior, she took a leap into an unfamiliar setting, and found herself building a visitor guidebook, honing her public speaking, and learning the art of historic preservation.

Mass communication student, Kyla Moore, is spending her summer at WDSU, the NBC affiliate in New Orleans. As a rising senior, she applied to the fellowship looking for hands-on newsroom experience, and found herself immersed in nearly every aspect of local news.
