Sunrise Yoga Series
UREC's monthly Sunrise Yoga Series is designed to jump start your morning. This class will be held at the Mind Body Studio outdoor balcony and mats will be provided. Classes will be held on May 30, June 25, July 11, and August 6.
Pride Ride
All are invited to join in on this uplifting and positive cycle class. Make sure to wear your favorite bright colors!

All levels of fitness are welcome to this join this inclusive yoga class held in the Mind/Body studio.
BOGA
Enjoy an afternoon workout in the pool with a BOGA fit class. After your workout, LSU Student Health Center's registered dietician will share some nutrition tips to keep you feel strong all summer long.
Get Movin'
UREC GroupX classes are lead by a trained instructor who creates an engaging, inclusive, and fun environment in a group setting. GroupX is free to all UREC members, and you just need to show up and sign up in the class. Then all you need to do is get movin' with the community and recharge your soul.
