To request a meeting to discuss undergraduate degree programs with a CHSE representative please complete the form below at least one week (7 calendar days) prior to your intended visit. Requests will be accommodated if possible. However, submission of a request does not guarantee an appointment. You will be contacted via email to confirm the request.
