CHSE Commitment to Faculty & Staff
The office was created in 2020 to provide resources and guidance to help all CHSE employees build and navigate successful careers, from appointment, to new employee orientation, through retirement. It oversees a comprehensive personal and professional development program to provide leadership, support, and advocacy, and to promote academic quality, through faculty recruitment, faculty development, staff development, and faculty development.
