Academic Common Market
The Academic Common Market (ACM) is a tuition-savings program for college students who want to pursue degrees that are not offered by their in-state institutions. Residents of Arkansas, Delaware, and West Virginia may enroll in the MLIS program at LSU and pay LSU's in-state tuition rate.
To participate:
- The student must be admitted to the MLIS program at LSU.
- Once admitted to the program, the student must be certified as a resident of Arkansas, Delaware, or West Virginia by contacting the state's ACM coordinator. Contact information for state coordinators can be found at the SREB ACM contacts webpage.
The only SIS program offered through the ACM is the MLIS. Students enrolled in graduate certificates who are not residents of Louisiana will be charged the non-resident fee. Tuition and fee information can be found at Tuition and Fees.
